Order Processing

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the customization. For custom orders, we will communicate with you directly to confirm the design details, production requirements, and estimated delivery timeline before proceeding.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping.

Our saltwater pearl pieces may be shipped from Hong Kong or Japan, depending on product availability, inspection requirements, and order fulfillment arrangements.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, customs processing, and carrier conditions. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.

Signature & Secure Delivery

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package. Saei Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

International Duties & Taxes

Most of our orders are typically delivered without additional customs charges. However, if customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance fees are assessed by the destination country or carrier, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to control or predict customs charges, and customs-related delays are outside of our control.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any related carrier or customs fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@saeijewelry.com and we will assist with the carrier investigation.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
